A sum of money which may be the judgment of any court awarded against the Commission shall be paid from the Fund of the Commission.

The regulations made under this Act may — (a) create offences in respect of any contravention of the regulations; and (b) impose penalty not more than that prescribed in this Act.

The Commission may, prior to making any regulation under this Act, publish on its website, a draft regulation and a notice inviting comments to be submitted on the proposed regulation within a stipulated time.
